Our Process We are not a wholesale lender. Please contact us to discuss your clients project. Once pre-approved, we will ask you to fax or email your clients 1003 and credit report. We will complete the processing, order title and appraisal from one of our approved appraisers. We deal directly with the client, underwrite and close the loan in our name. Due-diligence requires our company to re-originate the loan file.
