Our Management Team has been involved in all aspects of Hard Money / Private Mortgage lending since the mid-80's. Metro Mortgage Investment's lending philosophy has always been based on fairness, honesty, integrity and a make-sense attitude. Due to the current real estate market many Hard Money Lenders are no longer financing rehab projects in the Detroit area. Metro Mortgage Investments, LLC continues to work with real estate investors from across the country who have found the Detroit area as "the place to invest in real estate". Although much of our lending decision is base on equity, we do not want to set the borrower up for failure! All of our loans are considered individually and we will give your investment the personal attention it deserves. We specialize in financing residential real estate investors who purchase and repair foreclosure, bank-owned and distressed houses in and around the Detroit area.
